Return Policy

1. Since we start production immediately after an order is received. Depending on the quantity ordered, production time can range from 1 day to up to 5 days. Old products cannot be returned due to material issues. Only unopened and unused products within 2 week working days after the product arrives can be returned and refunded.

2. If you want to return, please send an email to the Contact menu with your name or store name, the number of products to return, the reason for the return, and the tracking number.

3. The buyer must pay the shipping cost for products returned due to personal change of mind.

4. We will refund 100% of defective products, and we will also refund the shipping cost for defective products.

5. We are not responsible for returns by third-party buyers or store individual customers. Stores that purchase products wholesale must refund their own customers.
